Resource Training & Solutions offers the best in meeting room facilities. Ideal Setting for Meetings, Training or Retreats. Conveniently located in St. Cloud, our three rooms can easily accommodate anywhere from 10-80 people, has wireless internet capability, optional catering of meals, free parking, and is centrally located to major highways.
Located on the fifth floor of the Cold Spring Center, our meeting rooms offer a peaceful distraction-free setting with an unsurpassed view making it the perfect place for your next meeting or corporate retreat. Rooms can be booked hourly or on a daily basis. The staff at Resource is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will assist you in planning your rental to ensure that you have a successful meeting.

Refreshments
$4.00 per person for a full day meeting includes both:

Additional catering arrangements can be made through our staff and are charged back to you at cost plus a nominal handling fee of $15.
Technical Support
Technical support unrelated to Resource Training & Solutions equipment is billed at $75/day.
Hours or Operation
Our facility is normally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but may be used after 5 p.m. by special arrangement for an additional fee.
Facility Use Contract
All parties renting rooms through Resource Training & Solutions must sign and return a Facility Use Agreement. This contract will be sent to you when you finalize arrangements for use of facility or equipment.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to hold a room and will be billed when you make your reservation.
