Parent Cafés are a project of Minnesota Communities Caring for Children and Circle of Parents. Parent Cafés provides an opportunity for meaningful conversation around issues that support children, families and communities, while completely supporting and nurturing the Six Protective Factors.
Parent Cafés are a series of guided conversations hosted by parents in partnership with communities looking to increase community wisdom, build parent voice, and facilitate action to improve the lives of children..
Cafés allow parents and providers a voice in what is presented, encourages participation from attendees, and builds on the strengths and knowledge of the participants.
