Supervision
Supervisors are required to conduct performance reviews, document performance, and deal with difficult employee situations. They are also expected to motivate and empower employees to meet personal and organizational goals. Supervisors have a big job, yet they have often received little training.
The following topics will give supervisors (with limited experience or those who would like to improve their current skills) new strategies for communicating and improving working relationships.
- How to deal with difficult attitudes
- How to coach tough employee situations
- How to manage respect in the workplace
- How to live your personal values as a manager
- Improve communication:
Make the message simple
Communicate in different situations
Empower your most effective employees
Run more effective meetings
