Resource Training & Solutions provides a variety of health plan choices to pool members. Due to current statutory requirements, each pool member's plans are required to meet, in aggregate, the same level of benefits that currently exist. This statutory requirement perpetuates current benefit levels and is the reason over 40 plan designs are in place. Resource Training & Solutions has developed 11 common traditional health plan designs and 9 VEBA health plan designs. Approximately one half of pool member's employees and their family members have selected one of the common plans.
