Description
Almost a third of our 24 hour day is spent at work and most of us interact with our co-workers and customers as much or more than our own families. Life is too short to miss the golden opportunities every day to make a difference in the people you come in contact with…a difference for them, for the organization you work for, and yourself.
  • Clear understanding of the difference between good customer service and exceptional customer service and why you have to strive to WOW the customer every time
  • Awareness of who your customer is and the impact you have on their perception
  • Raised awareness of the need for empathy when dealing with customers
  • Managing impressions (first and beyond) when meeting with customers
  • Enthusiasm for moving the customer’s experience from neutral (not great, not bad) to exceptional
About the Presenter
Part of Martha Roth’s personal mission is to “inspire joy, peace, and curiosity for life and learning.”  This mission coupled with her belief “it ain’t over till it’s over” has spurred her on in many midlife endeavors including completing a degree in Organizational Behavior and training and speaking professionally. Since 2004 she has trained/delivered inspirational messages for over 6000 people in such areas as customer service, team building, communication, humor in the workplace, and stress management.  She currently is the Member Care Coordinator at Resource Training & Solutions

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations requested with more than 5 business days prior to the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations requested within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued for No Shows or cancellations made within 2 business days of the start of the class. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the class at any time. In the unlikely event a class does not take place, a full refund will be issued or the registration fee may be transferred to another class.
