Description 2012-2013 Leadership Academy
Leading Forward: Transforming Minnesota
 
Resource Training & Solutions is pleased to offer Leadership Academy to support and promote school improvement processes as we all work toward a common goal of growth and teacher effectiveness. Each Academy session is designed to bring school leaders together to focus on instruction as the number one priority. Principals and instructional leaders will come in to learn and go out to lead. Join us as we explore the following:
 
  • Implementation Planning
  • Measuring Principal Performance
  • Marzano Leadership Domains
  • Marzano Instructional Strategies 
We will ensure that each leader:
  • Connects with prior learning
  • Uses processes and content to be implemented in his/her school
  • Applies theory into action
  • Embeds strategies to promote teacher growth
  • Engages in networking and accountability
 
For the 2012-2013 school year we will have two groups of the Leadership Academy: a Wednesday group and a Thursday group. You will be asked to indicate which Academy group you wish to participate in when registering for the Academy.
 
The Leadership Academy Training Schedule:
Each session will start 8:30am and end at 2:30pm. Registration will open at 8:00am.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations shall be accepted for a full refund up to 5 business days before the first day of the class. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first day of class shall forfeit 50% of the course registration fee. No refunds shall be issued within 48 hours before the start of the class.
