Dealing with Difficult People will give you and your fellow managers the training you need. You’ll learn how to:
· Keep an eye on bad behavior
· Use a 3-step system to handle conflict
· Decide when to confront employees about conflict
· Set up a conflict resolution session
· Prepare for a confrontation
· Identify the five types of difficult people
· Get difficult people to do what you want them to do
This session is for front line managers, supervisors, city/county administrators, HR personnel and interested persons. Your presenter: Dr. Rob Cavanna has 25 years experience of working with and teaching adults. He does seminars in supervision, time management, team building and a host of other topics. Rob has helped countless individuals realize their potential and be even more successful in their endeavors.
