Dealing with Difficult People will give you and your fellow managers the training you need. You’ll learn how to:
· Keep an eye on bad behavior
· Use a 3-step system to handle conflict
· Decide when to confront employees about conflict
· Set up a conflict resolution session
· Prepare for a confrontation
· Identify the five types of difficult people
· Get difficult people to do what you want them to do
This session is for front line managers, supervisors, city/county administrators, HR personnel and interested persons.
Your presenter: Dr. Rob Cavanna has 25 years experience of working with and teaching adults. He does seminars in supervision, time management, team building and a host of other topics. Rob has helped countless individuals realize their potential and be even more successful in their endeavors.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first day of class shall forfeit 50% of the course registration fee. No refunds shall be issued within 48 hours before the start of the class.
