Description There is no more difficult, detailed and time-consuming job than raising children.  Yet children come with no instruction manuals!  The class “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” can be that manual in the areas of respectful communication and discipline.  Attend this workshop to not only learn new techniques, but also be able to discuss it with parents of similar aged children. 
 
At this session learn simple, low stress communication techniques that are effective with children from toddlers to teens. 
  • Avoid power struggles. 
  • Guide your children to solve their own problems. 
  • Model and teach responsibility.
  • Raise your children without raising the roof!
A "bring a friend" discount can be applied to this registration which reduces each registration by $12.50.

Because we only take a 30 minute lunch break, please bring a sack lunch or frozen entree to the class.

Presenter Anthony Farag has been married for over 25 years and he and his wife Susan have three children ages 10, 17 and 29.  He has experience in rearing children by international adoption, interfamily/interstate adoption (the first in Stearns County), and natural birth.  Anthony and his wife are graduates of the “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” class at Resource Training & Solutions.  He has experienced many facets of Love & Logic – from being a juvenile probation officer to a stay-at-home dad.  You’ll find Anthony’s perspective on parenting refreshing, practical and entertaining.  Anthony has been a trainer at Resource Training & Solutions since 2004.
Cancellation Policy Payment confirms registration. Full refund: 7 days before class start. Cancellations in less than a week may apply payment to another class between class date and June 2, 2012. A "No Show" for the June 2 class will have no refund or apply for a future class. Resource Training & Solutions reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the class at any time.
