The Principals’ and Instructional Leaders Cohort will begin on October 13, 2010 at Resource Training & Solutions:

9:00am – 11:30am: Elementary and Secondary Principals and Instructional Leaders engage in professional learning together
11:30am – 12:30pm: Lunch for all who sign-up!
12:30pm – 3:00pm: Continued technical assistance for leadership teams in Corrective Action (Stage 3) or beyond

The Principals'/Instructional Leadership Cohorts will explore the following:
• Leadership for systems-wide improvement
• Research-based instruction and assessment practices to support principals, mentors, and teacher leaders
• Creating high quality professional development for your staff
• Shared experiences of learning and leading
• Emergent best practices to support your personal and professional leadership needs in eight areas of school improvement
• Other concepts as identified by cohort members
