The focus for Math Cohorts will be:
• Using student/school data to shape instruction
• Determining formative assessment measures that determine progress toward the standards
• Aligning standards, assessment, and instruction
• Reviewing research-based best practice instructional strategies
• Selecting differentiated instructional strategies and providing for intervention
• Collaborating between Special Education and Regular Ed teachers to meet student needs
• Discussing and probing professional development resources for district and classroom use

Teams of two or more create the most effective learning and leading for job-embedded professional development at your site.
